Cancellation and Refunds



Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 20 August, 2010, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of EUR 60. For cancellations made after 20 August, 2010 we regret that no refunds can be made.

Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to espe2010.hotel@congrex.com. In case of cancellation of a hotel reservation is made before 8 August, 2010 the hotel deposit will be refunded less a handling fee of EUR 60. Total cancellations of a hotel reservation or reductions of nights made after 8 August, 2010 will be charged for the full stay, we regret that no refunds can be made after this date.

Cancellation of Social Events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of social events will be accepted until 25 June, 2010 up to which date the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations received after 25 June, 2010 we regret that no refunds can be made.
