Payment

Your event is being organised by Congrex Sweden AB www.congrex.com. To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking you will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS (payment gateway).

All account balances will receive a request for payment, via email from espe2010.registration@congrex.com which will detail your account overview and include the secure link to our payment suppliers (DIBS).

Please ensure that your email address is entered clearly as all correspondence will be by email. To update your contact details please email espe2010.registration@congrex.com.

Please indicate your name, ESPE 2010 and your reference number (received in confirmation email upon completion of your registration) on all money transfers.
The ESPE 2010 secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the ESPE 2010 secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

As from 3 weeks before the ESPE 2010 we only accept credit card as payment. For your security, we do not accept your credit card details by email, fax or phone. You will receive a link, by email, which will direct you to the official secure payment gateway (DIBS). You should expect to receive an email from which will detail your account overview and include the secure link for payment.

Registrations, hotel reservations, tours and events will be confirmed when Congrex has received payment.

Admission to the ESPE 2010 is granted only if Congrex has received the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the ESPE 2010.
