Travel Grant Application for Presenting Authors

• Travel grants are intended to support the participation of junior delegates such as fellows in training, postdocs and PhD students.
• A limited number of Travel Grants of up to 500 € per grant will be available.
  
• Application can only be made through the abstract submission online form, together with your abstract. Read more on the Abstract Submission page.
• Only the presenting author of an abstract is eligible to apply.
• You can apply if you are 45 years of age or less.
• Deadline is the same as for regular abstract submission 10 March, 2010.
• You will be notified of acceptance/rejection in early June, 2010.
• You must indicate if you are an ESPE member or not (you do not need to be a member in order to apply for a travel grant).
• A travel grant does NOT entitle the applicant for free registration.
• If you are sponsored by the Industry (registration fee, hotel or travel costs), you are NOT entitled to apply for a Travel Grant.
